Candler Park Fall Fest takes place every fall in Candler Park of Atlanta. The festival offers live music, over 200 arts and crafts stalls, a tour of neighbourhood homes, a 5K race, and food trucks with Atlanta's most outstanding and delicious street food. The festival runs from noon to 10 p.m.
Candler Park Fall Fest is a two-day fundraiser for the neighbourhood that helped transform it and consolidate the local community. Proceeds benefit the Candler Park Neighborhood Organization and the Mary Lin Elementary School Foundation. This festival has been bringing Atlanta's people together since the early 2000s.
A 5K Run is a great way to explore all the hills and nooks of Candler and Freedom Park. All runners get a free beer or drink ticket and a t-shirt. The race starts at the corner of Terrace Ave and Marlbrook Ave by the Candler Park Playground.
