If yes, it's time to hit the road to Hippie Fest, a grooviest family-friendly music and arts event of the year, taking place every summer in various locations throughout the country. Beautiful Hocking Hills in Logan, Ohio, is not an exception. Here, rain or shine, free-spirited people from across the country celebrate peace and love.
Events & Activities
The two-day festival offers plenty of entertainment for all ages: live music from local bands and groovy sideshow performers, delicious food, a bohemian fair, a hippie car show, tie-dye workshops, yoga and meditation sessions, a giant bubble garden, an interactive drum circle, fun photo-ops, and more. Kids can enjoy many fun activities and circus performances. The festival's live entertainment line-ups start every day at noon. Just bring a colorful blanket or your favorite lawn chair with you. The festival runs from noon to 7 pm on both days.
Bohemian Marketplace
Hippie Fest features over 100 booths. Visitors are welcome to explore the vibrant marketplace at Hippie Fest, where a diverse range of vendors showcases handmade crafts, unique clothing, and vintage treasures. Tie-dye apparel, flowing garments, handmade jewelry, and whimsical accessories embody the hippie aesthetic. Engage with local artisans and find unique creations that capture the era's spirit. From face painting to hair-braiding and unique items for sale, the festival offers a bohemian experience. Food trucks with a bohemian theme add to the ambiance.
Tickets & Camping
Hippie Fest welcomes attendees with two ticket options. A single-day admission costs $25.00, offering a day filled with live music, colorful market stalls, and positive vibes. For those seeking an extended experience, a two-day admission is available for $40.00. Children aged ten and under are admitted free of charge. You can purchase a camping pass if you need plans for overnight lodging. Tents, RVs, and trailers are here for your attention. Camping is available 5 mi (8 km) from the festival grounds.
History of the Festival
Hippie Fest at Hocking Hills brings together individuals to honor the counterculture movement of the 1960s and '70s.
