Music Midtown is a legendary music festival that has been held in Piedmont Park, Atlanta, since 1994. The two-day event in September features more than 30 musical acts on four stages, attracting top performers in various genres. The event draws about 300,000 attendees.
Aside from impressive lineups of performers, Music Midtown offers various interactive experiences, a Ferris Wheel overlooking the festival, and a great overlook of the Midtown skyline. Food vendors offer a wide array of meals from gluten-free and vegan to old-fashioned deep-fried stuff.
Since the 1990s, the festival has hosted many rock legends like Bob Dylan, ZZ Top, and Pearl Jam. In recent years, the lineups included Thirty Seconds To Mars, Post Malone, Gucci Mane, Kendrick Lamar, Billie Eilish, Khalid, Imagine Dragons, The Coathangers, Mayer Hawthorne, Dua Lipa, Bruno Mars, The Strumbellas, Wiz Khalifa, and others.
