North Dakota Renaissance Faire is an annual family-friendly festival, which takes place in North Dakota Horse Park, located in Fargo, the most populous city in the state. Step back into a bygone era and walk around noble knights, ladies, minstrels, royals, and jesters! Listen to the clashes of swords, while watching thrilling jousts, and savor the tastes of the past at the Artisan Marketplace, where merchants offer their mouthwatering treats and intricate handmade goods! A feast for the eyes, the ND Renaissance Faire is a perfect adventure, which lasts for several amazing weekends in June.

Program of the Faire

The highlights of the North Dakota Renaissance Faire include realistic full-contact jousts and combat performances, showcasing traditional fighting techniques. Since the gates of the Faire open, the guests are constantly entertained by traveling musicians, jugglers, acrobats, and skilled magicians. A vibrant cast of characters is prepared to interact with the guests, enhancing their immersion in the past. People of all ages can try their hand at a variety of Medieval Games and contests. In previous years, visitors could also see the VIP presentation of Cirque Ma’Ceo at 6 pm each night.

Marketplace

The Faire promises a delightful culinary experience. Tantalize your tastebuds at an array of f relaxation stations within the Marketplace. Medieval food and beverage options span from succulent turkey legs to sweet delights, ale, or mead.

Hours and tickets

North Dakota Renaissance Faire runs from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Adult admission day pass is $20. Children (3-12) pay $12. Family 4 Pack is $60. Parking is free.
