Dates: November 3–5, 2023

Tucson Celtic Festival

Every season, Rillito Raceway Park in Tucson plays host to the Celtic Festival and Scottish Highland Games, held traditionally over a long weekend in early November. The event is presented by the Tucson Celtic Festival Association, a non-profit organization, dedicated to educating the public on Celtic and Scottish cultural heritage.

The festival lays claim to a carefully curated lineup, featuring Celtic, Irish, and Scottish music. Aside from live entertainment, the highlights include highland dancers, pipers, sumptuous Scottish treats, and gallons of beer and whisky. Additionally, the program of activities showcases classic cars and a huge kids' area, with jumping castles to keep the youngest visitors contented.

The festivities commence at 5 pm on Friday and 8 am on Saturday and Sunday. As for the tickets, those can be bought online (presale) and at the gates as well. Prices differ depending on the age and the option you choose. Children and seniors get discounts. Note that whisky tasting is available at an extra charge and only for those who are 21 and over. Find all the details on the Tucson Celtic Festival's official website (see External Resources below). As for your stay, please consider nearby hotels, presented on the accommodations' map.
