The Panorama NYC Music Festival combines music, technology, and design, created by the most gifted New York-based artists. Held in late July at Randall’s Island Park, it highlights the summer season in the City and boasts diverse action-packed lineups. These have featured stars like David Byrne, Janet Jackson, Charlotte Gainsbourg, The Weeknd, Father John Misty, Fleet Foxes, Migos, and The Killers.
Besides live music performances, there is a creative part—THE LAB, curated by META, that showcases experiential digital art. Seven interactive installations and a large 360º virtual reality theatre are placed in the center of festival grounds.
The Panorama NYC Music Festival is organized by Goldenvoice, the creators of Coachella. This three-day event competes with the Governors Ball for biggest crowds. Panorama has been held since the summer of 2016. It's considered to be one of the most popular music events in the City.
