Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach 2025 in Victoria

Every Easter surfers from all over the world come to the Victoria coast to the "Rip Curl Pro" tournament—the world's longest-running surfing competition. World champions Kelly Slater, Mick Fanning, and Mark Richards once won here. The Bells Beach is the fifth stop on the 2025 World Surf League Championship Tour and welcomes spectators to enjoy thrilling maneuvers in the historic Bells Beach.
Competition Events
Bells Beach is known all over the world for its reef breakwater and waves, reaching five meters in height. Thousands of spectators come to see one of the world's best surfing competitions from the impressive rock-carving tribunes. Besides being extremely impressive, Rip Curl Pro Bells is the longest-running surfing competition to date.
During the event, world-class surfers compete for the prize money and the title of Rip Curl Pro winner. Additionally, a lucky surfer who won the Victorian Rip Curl Pro Trials has a chance to stand against some of the renowned professionals in the field.
Schedule
The competition runs around the Easter holiday, and if the weather allows, surfing starts as early as 7:30 am. You can also watch the event on YouTube or the World Surf League social media.
Tickets
Tickets are required to enter the event site due to capacity limits. The prices for the 2025 edition haven't been announced yet, but based on the 2024 edition, the day pass costs around $15, while the festival pass is around $35. Kids 16 years old and under can enter for free, as well as Torquay 3228 residents. Parking in the area costs approximately $5.
