Võhandu Marathon Featured in
The Vohandu Canoeing Marathon in Estonia is considered the toughest in Europe. Crossing 100 km of the extreme river is certainly a challenge. But if you are an active person and love water, why not try? The river is slow at the beginning and at the end of the marathon but the middle 12 km is quick-flowing. Along the river, you can see wild forests, meadows, and sandstone cliffs. Seven water mills have been built on this river, but they have all been destroyed by the power of water.
