Five Points Festival brings together fans of comics, collectibles, and one-of-a-kind toys every year in June. Five Points Fest stands out as an antidote to ordinary conventions, offering a curated celebration of Designer Toys, Street Art, and Indie Comics from all over the world under one roof.
Schedule of Events
From 8:00 to 10:00 am, VIP ticket holders can register and collect their passes with a printed ticket confirmation and valid ID, gaining early access an hour before the general public at 10:00 am to ensure priority in line for exclusive items. At 11:00 am, doors open to all attendees for Five Points Fest, inviting everyone to explore vendors, enjoy food, and delve into the festivities. From noon until 5:00 pm, witness ten artists engaging in live painting sessions in the courtyard, competing for the chance to design the Official Five Points Fest 2023 Beer Can. The day wraps up at 6:00 pm, providing an opportunity to socialize with friends before returning bright and early the next day for more excitement.
Events & Activities
The festival aims to unite top indie artists alongside designer toys, original art, resin sculptures, plush items, surprise boxes, blanks, minis, kaiju figures, Japanese vinyl, street art, posters, prints, apparel, live painting sessions, craft beer, food trucks, pins, patches, tattooing services, and a plethora of other attractions! Prices range from budget-friendly to quite high for one-of-a-kind art and vintage pieces.
The 2-day event also includes meetings with comic writers and artists like Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo. The Designer Toy Awards ceremony takes place at the beginning of the festival. Five Points Festival is curated by Clutter Magazine and Fueled by Lagunitas Brewing Company, so there is also plenty of craft beer. Vendors, artists, and creators from Japan, Singapore, the UK, South America, and Spain also participate in the festival. Cosplay is encouraged, but costumes must be appropriate for public wear.
Tickets
Early Discount Tickets are $25-$30 for one day and $40 for the Weekend Ticket. Regular rate for the Saturday Ticket is $40 and for the Sunday Ticket it's $30. Weekend Ticket is $50. At the door, ticket prices will increase. Every attendee aged ten and above must possess a ticket to gain entry to Five Points Fest, while minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
