One of the best events that can be enjoyed both outdoors and indoors during this period is the annual Cafe Budapest Contemporary Art Festival (or Budapest Fall Festival). Its intensively filled two-week program will definitely offer something for your taste. Previously the festival included about 110 events at 40 venues varying between pop, classical, jazz, and world music, opera and theatre performances, literature evenings, and contemporary visual art exhibits.
In addition to unique installations from local artists, CAFe Budapest features international stars, co-productions and premieres that cover key art venues of Budapest, such as Liszt Academy, Müpa Budapest, etc., and countless open-air locations for mini concerts and art performances.
