The popular culture convention, Alamo City Comic Con, takes place in San Antonio, Texas. This event that is focused on comics, videogames, movies and cosplay gathers celebrity actors, artists, producers as well as an army of fans. Alamo City Comic Con draws from 50,000 to 75,000 attendees.
The Alamo City Comic Con was founded by Alfredo "Apple" De La Fuente in 2013 featuring The Walking Dead's actors: Steven Yeun, Chad Coleman, and Lauren Cohan. In 2014, the convention was a big success with such guests as Stan Lee and Clark Gregg of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and other Walking Dead stars. The conference also featured director Robert Rodriguez, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rick Moranis, Jeff Goldblum, John Barrowman, Sean Gunn, Charles Martinet, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Billy Dee Williams, Elden Henson, David Mazouz, Camren Bicondova, Sean Pertwee, Jason David Frank, Amy Jo Johnson, Tom Kenny, Rodger Bumpass, Dean Cain, Elden Henson, Greg Capullo, Ralph Macchio, and Sting.
