Montréal Comic Con brings all popular arts to Montréal Convention Centre (Palais des congrès de Montréal) annually in July. A three-day show covers various fandoms, focusing on comic books, sci-fi, anime, horror, and gaming.

Montréal Comic Con Highlights

The fun-packed program of Montréal Comiccon features cosplay, a unique shopping experience, celebrity guests, and over a hundred panels. You're encouraged, yet not obliged, to dress up as your favorite superhero or film character. Besides, if you're not afraid of the big stage, you can also participate in a costume contest.

Celebrities On Stage

The Stage will host celebrity speakers from sci-fi, horror, action, and fantasy movies and television with their talking about their experiences in filming and ongoing or forthcoming projects. Attendees will have a great opportunity to ask questions of the celebrities

Photo Ops

A team of photographers will take photos with you and your favorite celebrity in the photo op room. Each photo op includes one 8 x 10 printed photo. Guests can bring up to 3 friends (for a total of four people allowed in one session).

Dark Force Spire—The Dark Empire

The Dark Empire, an organization that supports Star Wars fans, encourages its members to create original costumes representing characters from the dark side of the Star Wars universe, as well as to portray existing dark side characters.

Sun Youth—Harry Potter Train

The Harry Potter display is a detailed replica of Hogwarts’ school of magic, where guests can observe laser lighting effects and Harry Potter characters. The Hogwarts Express goes through London Hogsmead Diagon Alley, Hogwarts Station, and under the mountain.

In 2024, Montréal Comic Con will visit such famous stars as actor Robert Englund (A Nightmare on Elm Street, Stranger Things, V), actor Vincent D'Onofrio (Daredevil, Full Metal Jacket, Law and Order: Criminal Intent), actress Amanda Wyss (A Nightmare on Elm Street, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Highlander: The Series), actor Dallas James Liu (Avatar: The Last Airbender, Shang-Chi and the Legends of the Ten Rings, Tekken), actor Gordon Cormier (Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Stand, Team Zenko Go), actress Danielle Panabaker (The Flash, Friday the 13th, Mr. Brooks), and many more.

Tickets

Advance general admission for 3 days costs $84 plus taxes (from January 2 to June 30), while regular general admission is priced at $110 (from July 1 to 7). Advance child admission (ages 6-12) costs $17.70 plus taxes (from January 2 to June 30), and regular child admission is $21 (from July 1 to 7). Visitors also have the option to purchase Deluxe and VIP admission packages with additional benefits.
