The Telford Balloon Fiesta is a highly anticipated annual event that takes place in Telford, Shropshire, approximately 28 miles (45 km) from Birmingham. On Saturday, August 24, and Sunday, August 25, from noon to 7 pm, visitors can enjoy free family fun without needing tickets. Activities include performances by the Wings Parachute Team, a Kidszone, a live music stage, tethered balloons in the arena, a carnival parade on Sunday at noon, circus workshops and shows, archery, food and drink vendors, crafts, and stalls. Balloon flights will be available, weather permitting.

While entry to the event on Saturday and Sunday is free, tickets are required for the Night Glow on Friday, August 23. Tickets are now on sale, with priority booking for Telford and Wrekin borough residents from 2 pm Sunday, July 7 to midnight Sunday, July 21, 2024. The booking link will open to everyone from 10 am Monday, July 22. Tickets are priced at £5 for a family ticket (up to five people), £2 for a single adult ticket, and £1 for a single child ticket. Children under 12 months old can attend for free but still need a ticket. For booking Night Glow tickets, attendees need to create an account with Telford Theatre if they do not already have one. Tickets are only available through Telford Theatre and Tickets Telford, not through any other agents. There are ample parking facilities near Telford Town Park, ensuring easy access for visitors.
