Although high season in Ibiza falls on May to September, the off season has its own merits, particularly between October to December, Ibiza flourishes in all shades of green. Its pine forests are never better than at this time of the year, there are hundreds and thousands of flowers, and citrus trees show off with ripe oranges and lemons and alluring sweet scents. This is when Ibiza is free from the endless flow of tourists, constant clubbing, and looks so peaceful and untouched that one may confuse its forests with the Garden of Eden...
