Since 1988, the first weekend of August in Dublin, Ohio has been filled up with Irish music and dances. This unique three-day event includes more than 535 performers, seven stages and 65 acts with a good chance to find entertainment for everyone.
The celebration aims to enrich the community and to showcase Dublin’s amenities by producing high-quality and safe events which are also family-friendly. The festival gathers about 100,000 guests every year, with over 80% of them from outside of Dublin.
Apart from Irish music, activities during the festival include genealogy, cultural exhibits, games, food and drink, dance, Celtic music, sports, arts and crafts, and of course children's activities.
Dublin Irish Festival traditionally takes place in the Coffman Park and the surrounding areas.
