Westsylvania Jazz & Blues Festival is an annual free music festival held each Memorial Day weekend at IRMC Park in downtown Indiana, Pennsylvania. The popular festival brings a diverse lineup of national and international stars, local musicians, and up-and-coming artists.

A classic small-town music festival, Westsylvania Jazz & Blues Festival has been held since 2013. Over the years, the festival's headliners have included blues guitarist Sonny Landreth, Joe Saylor, the Poogie Bell Band featuring trumpeter Sean Jones, Blues Attack, The New Mastersounds, Richie Cole, Jevon Rushton, Trudy Lynn, Reggie Watkins, and Joanna Connor.

Westsylvania Jazz & Blues Festival partners with the Indiana Arts Council and the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. In addition to excellent music, guests can enjoy various night activities and entertainment in IRMC Park, like vendors, and the children’s program, coordinated by the Children’s Advisory Commission of Indiana County.
