For 10 days, Oakland's best restaurants offer special prix-fixe lunch and/or dinner menus for $10, $20, $30, $40, and $50. About 70 restaurants participate. Reservations are recommended, since the popularity of Oakland Restaurant Week is growing, and every year more people dine out and take advantage of special deals.
