Nestled in the Ozark Mountains in southwest Missouri, Branson is a great vacation spot not only in the summer but during the holiday season as well. You'll be amazed by Christmas light displays throughout the city and beyond.

Branson Landing Winter Wonderlanding (November 7, 2020–January 5, 2021)

Branson Landing's downtown area looks particularly festive in December. The beautiful boardwalk along the 1.5-mi (2.5-km) Taneycomo Lakefront features a vibrant shopping area, entertainment, and iconic Branson Landing Fountains. Besides, every November the area hosts the Christmas tree & wreath exhibition. The main highlight of Winter Wonderland at Branson Landing is a 50-foot (15-m) Christmas Tree in the middle of Town Square, decorated with lights twinkling to music. Also, many concerts and performances are held on the main stage by the tree throughout the holiday season.

Old Time Christmas at Silver Dollar City (November 7, 2020–January 2, 2021)

Old Time Christmas is the largest holiday light display in the Ozark, stunning visitors with over 6.5 million lights across the Silver Dollar City. The amusement park is open from 11 am to 10 pm, and reservations are required. Visitors can also see Christmas In Midtown light spectacular located between Valley Woodcarvers and the Wilderness Road Blacksmith Shop at the Silver Dollar City Amusement Park. In addition to light displays, concerts and shows are planned to keep everyone entertained.

Lights of Joy at Expressway Lane (November 1, 2020–January 2, 2021)

Branson’s Lights of Joy is the premiere holiday drive-thru in the city. Enjoy 300 displays with over one million twinkling LED lights. The 1.2-mi (1.9-km) sparkling light trail is complemented by photo op spots and various entertainment to lift your spirit. The display operates from 5 pm to 11 pm.

Let There Be Lights at Promised Land Zoo (November 1–December 31, 2020)

Lights at Promised Land Zoo is the newest and longest drive-thru light display in Branson. The 2-mi holiday light trail is open every night in November and December. In addition to lights, visitors can enjoy the encounter with the reindeer herd, which includes the photo opportunity with Sven, Rudolph, and Prancer. Other options are Santa’s Safari, Elves' Secret Giftshop, and ‘Candyland Courtyard with dancing trees and popular Christmas music.
