In addition to top-quality jazz, blues, latin, folk, and world music, guests can enjoy sandy beaches on Kootenay Lake while swimming, sunbathing, and camping in the lush green area surrounded by mountains.
Kaslo Bay Park becomes a beautiful green amphitheater, featuring world-class musicians. Previous lineups of Kaslo Jazz included The Dead South. Valerie June, The Slocan Ramblers, Shred Kelly, Blue Moon Marquee, Lost Ledge, Mike Rud, Paul Landsberg Quartet, Khruangbin, Ani DiFranco, Dan Brubeck Trio, The Devils You Don't, Marin Patenaude, Lucas Myers, and many others.
Thanks to the beautiful setting and excellent programming, Kaslo Jazz was included in the "Top ten places to get outdoors and be in tune" by USA Today.
