Tulare County Renaissance Faire is an annual medieval-themed event held at Plaza Park in Visalia every spring. The family-friendly faire features two stages of entertainment and over 30 vendors, including artisans and food stands.

Faire Times and Tickets

Tulare County Renaissance Faire runs from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday and from 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday. General admission is $20 at the gate, and senior/student/military discount tickets—$15.00. Visitors can buy an online weekend pass for two (April 13-14)—$60.00 or a weekend family pass—$125.

Entertainment and Activities

Thousands of attendees flock to Tulare County Renaissance Faire over the weekend to see hundreds of actors dressed in period costumes, a battle pageant, and a joust on the two stages. Entertainment includes jugglers, storytellers, daredevils, comedy, and animal Interaction.

Visitors can step into a world of wonder and authenticity as they roam the fairegrounds, adorned with period costumes and architecture. From thrilling jousting tournaments to captivating stage shows, every detail transports guests back in time.

The marketplace provides a unique shopping opportunity with dozens of artisans offering jewelry, leather goods, pottery, apparel, swords, knives, and much more. Food options include pulled pork sandwiches, baked potatoes, turkey legs, oriental cuisine, sausages, and more. In addition, the fair boasts a beer garden and a large playground for children.
