Renaissance ArtsFaire is a popular medieval-themed event taking place at Young Park in Las Cruces, New Mexico, during the first weekend of November. A fun-filled weekend features over 150 local and regional artisans participating in the largest juried art show in Southern New Mexico. Vendors, have unique treasures and food items on display at the marketplace, boasting a joyous atmosphere with a distinct Renaissance feel. Renaissance ArtsFaire is an excellent place to shop for ceramics, jewelry, pottery, leatherware, art and drawings, sculpture, textiles, and woodwork.

Events and Activities

In addition to the art show, merrymakers can immerse in medieval revelry, enjoying live music on the Main Stage, live theater, dancing, and delicious treats. Stroll through The Middle Eastern Village, The Royal Courts, and Jousting Field, traveling back in time and enjoying performances by the Pied Piper Minstrels and activities like a Renaissance fashion show!

Children’s Realm also offers an array of fun games like archery, the Knight’s Ring and Dragon Toss, and feeding the Potter’s Guild alligator. The little ones can also enjoy shopping at the Peddler’s Market full of young merchants offering their handmade goods.

Tickets, Dates and Pet Policy

Faire visitors can buy one ticket for $15 or two for $25 for events that will run on November 2 (from 10 am to 5 pm) and November 3 (from 10 am to 4 pm). Pets are advised to remain at home or under the care of a trusted guardian during the Renaissance ArtsFaire. However, well-behaved service dogs are permitted.
