The annual Georgia VegFest takes place in November or December changing its venue periodically. The Gas South Convention Center in Duluth, a suburb of Atlanta, was chosen to be the venue of Georgia VegFest 2022. This festival features over 100 exhibitors of all things vegan. In addition to that, there are many educational opportunities with high-profile speakers like NYT bestselling author Dr. Michael Greger, cooking demonstrations, and, of course, food samples. Kids are offered several entertaining activities as well. The festival is free, but there is a $5 suggested donation at the door.
The first floor of Georgia VegFest is usually occupied by vendors offering delicious and innovative vegetable dishes. Try pumpkin lentil chilli, vegan cupcakes, tacos, curried cauliflower, chocolate, and other delights. Food is the true attraction of Georgia VegFest.
