Listen, laugh, dance, sing and meditate in the middle of Florida's wilderness

Dates: March 2–5, 2023 (on hold)

Okeechobee Music and Arts Festival is a four-day music event held every March at a farm in Okeechobee, Florida. The festival grounds occupy an 800-acre (323 ha) property in Sunshine Grove, attracting about 100,000 attendees.

Festival Highlights

The event is known for its eclectic blend of live music, art installations, immersive experiences, and outdoor activities, making it a unique festival extravaganza. The festival features performances from a wide range of musical genres, including electronic, rock, jam bands, hip-hop, and more, often with both well-known and emerging artists. In addition to music, attendees can enjoy large-scale art installations, workshops, yoga, and interactive experiences designed to foster creativity and community.

2025 Edition

The Okeechobee Music and Arts Festival won't be returning in 2025, the organizers announced. After taking a break in 2024 to reorganize, they shared on social media that they needed more time. Back in August 2023, the festival said it would take a year off in 2024 to plan for a more diverse, multi-genre lineup. They also introduced new initiatives to involve fans in helping shape the future of the festival, focusing on creating a community-driven experience.
