Sea & Sky Air Show is a biennial aviation event taking place at Jacksonville Beach. When it's not taking place, Jacksonville hosts NAS JAX Air Show at Naval Air Station Jacksonville. The spectacular free air show attracts crowds of beachgoers to marvel at the over-the-ocean displays of military and civilian aviation. In addition to aerobatics, visitors can enjoy live entertainment, a street festival, static aircraft and military vehicle displays, flight simulators, recruitment booths, a kids' zone, and much more.
Over the years, the main highlight of the Sea & Sky Air Show has been the performance of the world-famous U.S. Navy Blue Angels flight demonstration squadron. Past performers also included U.S. Army Golden Knights, CAF Red Tail Squadron, Jim Tobul Corsair, Scott Yoak Quicksilver P-51, Aeroshell Aerobatic Team, U.S. Air Force Air National Guard, U.S. Coast Guard Search & Rescue, Bill Stein Edge 540 Airshow, Vampire Airshows Aerobatics, U.S. Air Force F-35, and others.
