Seoul International Aerospace and Defense Exhibition (ADEX) is a biennial aviation fair held at Seoul Airport in October. A popular ADEX air show attracts about 100,000 visitors, including aviation and military professionals as well as families with kids. ADEX trade show, the largest trade show in Northeast Asia, features 314 exhibitors from 31 countries. Overall, about 440 Korean and foreign companies participate in the exhibition.
Organized by Korea Aerospace Industries Association (KAIA), Korea Defense Industry Association (KDIA), and Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA). ADEX offers ground aircraft displays, indoor and outdoor exhibitions, and stunning aerial displays. On the ground, Seoul International Aerospace and Defense Exhibition features Korean Air’s latest achievements in UAV technology: military and tactical UAVs, hybrid drones, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft, Medium Altitude Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (MUAV), traffic management systems, and small satellite launch vehicles. The International Aerospace and Defense Exhibition is one of the most important industry events in the Asia-Pacific region, promoting Korea's ambition to reach the G-7 level in the aerospace industry.
