Summer has lots of gifts for all of us. It is the perfect season to fill your body up with natural vitamins. Near Vancouver, you can find several places to enjoy some of the tastiest parts of the harvest. Fraser Valley and Okanagan Valley are the best places to find some of the biggest local farmer's markets. You'll be amazed by the variety of fruits and berries. Here you can try blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, gooseberries, and so much more. Cherries are represented with all sorts from the deep red Bing cherries to the yellow-blushed Rainiers. Apricots, peaches, and nectarines can also be found here.

Choose the best vegetables too—tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, and squashes.
