Camarillo Christmas Parade 2024 in California

The Camarillo Christmas Parade is presented by Pleasant Valley Recreation & Park District in partnership with the City of Camarillo, and Visit Camarillo. It’s a huge celebration that gathers hundreds of locals and tourists every year, wanting to witness a magical spectacle of festively decorated floats, marching bands, and vibrant costumes. The parade is followed by festivities at Santa's Village.

Parade Route

The event takes place in the heart of Camarillo, a vibrant city in Ventura County, California, known for its close proximity to both beaches and the mountains. The parade kicks off at Temple Avenue, travels down Las Posas Road, turns onto Carmen Drive, and finishes at the Community Center, where Santa’s Village is nestled. Throughout the entire route, the participants are greeted by spectators cheering them and enjoying the show. After the parade, all spectators can come to take a picture with Santa.

Santa's Village

Santa’s Village is located at the Community Center and will be open to visitors after the parade starts. Open from 10 am to 2 pm, the event features a variety of holiday vendor booths, delicious food, live music, and, of course, Santa. Both participants and spectators come here to enjoy the festive atmosphere, eat delicious treats from local vendors, including hot dogs, funnel cakes, and pizza, and dance to their hearts content to great music.

Schedule

The parade kicks off at 10 am and is expected to last approximately 1,5-2 hours, giving the participants enough time to complete the route. Santa is available for photos at Santa's Village at around noon, right after the parade is completed.
