Clayton Christmas Parade is one of the greatest holiday events in The Thousand Islands area, on the border of the U.S. and Canada. The tradition of the Clayton Christmas Parade has been going strong since 1963, always taking place in downtown Clayton in early December. The Christmas Parade is followed by fireworks and various activities.
Clayton Christmas Parade starts at 6 pm. The Line-up is at 4:30 on Graves Street. The parade is followed by a music concert, festivities, and a spectacular pyrotechnic display at Fink Park. The fireworks can be watched anywhere along River Walk by Park.
Holidays in Clayton usually start with the Light up the Town decorating contest for local homes and businesses. Christmas in Clayton also features the Holiday Market, the Annual Festival of Trees, and more community events.
