Glastonbury Apple Harvest & Music Festival 2024 in Connecticut

The Glastonbury Apple Harvest & Music Festival is held every October at Riverfront Park in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The annual celebration includes a full midway of amusement rides, three stages of live music and local entertainment, food trucks, a Harvest Pub, a Curated Crafter Center, and the 5k Road Race.

Glastonbury Apple Harvest & Music Festival is one of Connecticut’s most beloved music events, featuring over a dozen local, original music acts performing at the Harvest Pub on Friday night, all day Saturday, and Sunday afternoon. The festival is celebrated for its mouthwatering apple-infused treats, including apple pies, doughnuts, cider, and more. Families can enjoy the Kidz Zone with LEGO tables, craft workshops, and a petting zoo featuring llamas, camels, goats, sheep, horses, and pony rides.

Lineup

This year, the festival features forty incredible musical acts across three stages, offering a diverse range of genres from indie rock to folk. On Friday, October 18, visitors can enjoy performances by Karen Jonas, The Midnight Anthem, and more. Saturday, October 19, will showcase The Pinkerton Raid, The Mighty Soul Drivers, Riley Cotton, Tessa Brown, Dan Tracey, and others. The festival concludes on Sunday, October 20, with performances by Foxtrotter, Xavier Serrano, Luke Molina, Erin Rocc, and more.

5K Road Race

The 21st Annual Apple Harvest & Music Festival 5K Road Race will take place on Sunday, October 20, at 9:30 am at Riverfront Park. Registration is $35 for runners and walkers, with day-of registration available for $40, while the Kids Fun Run is free. Online registration closes on October 18. On race day, bib pickup and registration start at 8:15 am, with the 5K race at 9:30 am and the Kids Fun Run at 10:15 am. The first 300 registrants receive a swag bag, and all finishers earn a medal and access to free race photos.

Dates & Hours

This year’s Glastonbury Apple Harvest & Music Festival will run from October 18 to October 20, 2024. Apple Fest entertainment hours are from 5 pm to 10 pm on October 18, from 10 am to 10 pm on October 19, and 11 am to 5 pm on October 20.

Tickets

Admission is set at $5 plus fees per person for Friday night, $8 plus fees per person on Saturday, and $6 plus fees per person on Sunday, with children under the age of six granted free entry.

Location

The Glastonbury Apple Harvest & Music Festival is set in the picturesque area along the Connecticut River bend, just a short distance from downtown Glastonbury. Parking is available at the Riverfront Community Center, and a free shuttle bus operates from Glastonbury High School for added convenience.
