There's a wide variety of flavors to please every palate. Festival-goers can savor bratwurst, schnitzel, beef hot dogs, hot German potato salad, hot red cabbage, Bavarian salt pretzels, and strudel. A new empty stein costs $17, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own stein for refills.

Frederick's Oktoberfest is set for September 27-28 this year. The festival kicks off Friday from 6 pm to 10 pm (21+ only), with festivities continuing Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm, welcoming all ages.

Tickets for Frederick Oktoberfest vary by day: Friday admission for ages 21+ is $8, while Saturday general admission is $10. For those wanting a commemorative beer stein, tickets are $22. Child admission (ages 3-12) is $6, and children two and under enter free. On-site parking is free, with optional donations encouraged. Presented by the Rotary Clubs of Frederick County, Frederick Oktoberfest supports various nonprofit organizations in the city.
