Napa Valley towns shimmer with colorful lights and decorated Christmas trees, delivering tons of holiday spirit and cheer.

Napa Christmas Parade (December 7, 2024)

The annual Christmas Parade is a beloved Napa tradition, which takes place in early December. Enjoy colorful floats adorned with light, marching bands, dancers, classic cars, and community groups, passing through the 2nd and 3rd Streets in Downtown. Meet Santa and other holiday characters. The parade is scheduled for December 7, from 5 pm to 8 pm this year.

Go to the Riverfront, which looks especially festive during the holidays. Don't miss the Archer Hotel's Christmas lights display, which is one of the best in Napa. Stop by the Oxbow District to enjoy a glass of warm wine or something stronger at Winter Wineland & Igloo Bar. Kids can enjoy s'mores and wood oven pizza.

Yountville

Yountville, known as the brightest town in Napa Valley, offers a dazzling array of holiday lights and festive experiences. Beyond the beautiful illuminations, visitors can enjoy a wide variety of holiday events, including wine tastings, wreath-making workshops, cooking classes, and culinary demonstrations. Santa's Village at the Yountville Community Center serves as a central hub for many of these activities, creating a magical setting for holiday celebrations.

The 2024 "Holidays in Yountville" celebration will take place over six festive weeks, from November 24, 2024, through January 1, 2025, offering a full schedule of events, a holiday gift guide, and much more. The Holiday Artisan Faire is set for December 7 at the Yountville Community Center, where visitors can explore unique holiday gifts crafted by local artisans. Have a cup of hot chocolate at St. Helena's Hunt Street Hub, a beautifully decorated outdoor space with live music and twinkling Christmas lights.

This year, visitors can marvel at St. Helena's iconic Beringer Wine Barrel Tree—a 36-foot holiday tree crafted entirely from repurposed Beringer Vineyards wine barrels. This beautiful piece of art represents Napa Valley's rich wine heritage and blends culture and community spirit in a truly unique display. The tree will be available for viewing and photo opportunities from November 27, 2024, through January 1, 2025. The Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place on November 27 from 5 pm to 7 pm, featuring live music, exquisite Beringer Vineyards wine, and seasonal treats, including Brasswood's hot toddies and sweets to keep visitors cozy and warm.

Calistoga Lighted Tractor Parade (December 7, 2024)
