Bronx Zoo Holiday Lights

Bronx Zoo Holiday Lights is a family-oriented lights festival that transforms the Bronx Zoo into a truly magical place. During the evenings, the park comes to life—custom-designed animal lanterns, colored arches and tunnels, immersive light displays, and animated light shows twinkle across the zoo, creating a wonderful atmosphere.

The event showcases meteor shower lights, rope lights, net lights, icicle lights, twinkle light trees, and LED curtain lights. It also includes seasonal treats, festive entertainment, the Holiday Train, animated sculptures, and classic holiday music to dance your socks off. Generally, Bronx Zoo Holiday Lights celebrates wildlife: you can view there over 360 lanterns representing almost 90 plants and animals, such as turtles, butterflies, snails, frogs, sunbirds, toads, and more. The Forest of Color represents the beauty and diversity of nature, showing more than 20 larger-than-life lanterns and the ideas of how we can help to protect wildlife. Overall, this walk-through experience offers you and your children unforgettable emotions and memories.
