Vintage Ohio Wine Festival 2024
One of the best outdoor wine festivals in the state
Dates: August 2–3, 2024
The Vintage Ohio Wine Festival takes place every August in a beautiful area at Lake Metroparks Farmpark in Kirtland, Ohio, half an hour away from Cleveland. Many connoisseurs gather to sample wines from all corners of Ohio, see local artisans and crafters selling their work, and indulge in gourmet foods from local restaurants and food trucks.
Festival Program
Attendees can also enjoy live music and watch cooking demonstrations and workshops offered throughout the day. Learn more about wine at the wine education demos presented by the American Wine Society. The best thing about the festival is that it offers samples of the best Ohio wines: altogether over 150 regional vintages, including Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, and Riesling. There are red, white, blush, dry, and sweet, as well as fruit wines made of strawberries, blackberries, peaches, and raspberries that are perfect for the summer.
Vintage Ohio Wine Festival features three stages of live music, a kids’ tent, and Farmpark’s activities. You can also purchase a bottle of your preferred wine from the carryout store. The culinary section of the festival will be hosting culinary demonstrations and samplings, which will go great with the available wines. Beautiful tents of different colors, oak groves, rolling hills, and cozy picnic tables make for a great weekend location.

The two-day event runs from noon until 9 pm each day. The festival annually takes place at its traditional location, Lake Metroparks Farmpark in Kirtland, which boasts gorgeous scenery and dozens of farm-related activities. The city of Kirtland is located 23 miles (37 km) away from Cleveland.
