The Alpine Coaster is located in Park City Mountain Resort. It is a 1.6 km ride over gorgeous mountain scenery. This is a perfect ride for those who are looking for some thrill, as well as for those who want to have another view over the park and its nature.
The coaster is a gravity-driven vehicle, that's quite similar to the bobsled. It takes you through numerous bends, curves, and loops. The rider can control the speed of the coaster with the help of brakes. The fastest can reach the speed of 48 km/h.
Along with the Alpine Coaster, you may also try Alpine Slide which is arguably even more enjoyable than widely advertised coaster itself.
The most popular season runs from June to September. However, the coaster operates all year round, including winter months. It's can be closed only due to unfavourable weather conditions.
