MiVEG 2024 in Milan

Each October, the city hosts the annual MiVEG festival, also known as Festival Vegan a Milano. This event is dedicated to promoting a vegan lifestyle and highlighting vegan foods and drinks. It celebrates a growing cultural and ethical movement centered around animal respect and sustainable living.

Events & Activities

MiVeg offers a vibrant program of workshops, cooking demonstrations, debates, screenings, and seminars focused on veganism and eco-friendly eating. Over two exciting days, visitors will discover that vegan meals are not a sacrifice but a chance to enjoy healthy and sustainable food. Top chefs will showcase exclusive vegan dishes made from organic, animal-free ingredients. The festival features a bar area with vegan drinks, craft beer, sandwiches, and desserts. There’s also a special play area for children with ecological games and activities centered around animal rights. For those eager to get more involved, there are opportunities to volunteer, help with festival setup, kitchen assistance, and various other tasks.

Vegan Tattoo Circus

In 2024, MiVeg will host a variety of talented tattoo artists, offering affordable tattoos to support animal rights. Donations range from €60 to €160, depending on the tattoo design, and appointments should be made directly with the artists. If there are still open slots, walk-ins are welcome. Tickets & Location

Entry to MiVeg is free, but advance registration is required. The festival takes place at East End Studios - Studio 90, featuring around 100 stands from vegan and cruelty-free companies and associations.
