There is no better way to spend a warm fall weekend than sampling a variety of over 200 wines from some of Virginia's best wineries and indulging in gourmet foods in a beautiful outdoor setting. Every October, Virginia Wine Festival gathers wine enthusiasts at One Loudoun in Ashburn, VA, to try out the products of amazing local wineries, shop for unique crafts, and enjoy live music.
The festival runs over the course of one weekend from 11 am to 6 pm. One of the biggest attractions of Virginia Wine Festival is VA Oyster Pavilion: succulent oysters taste great when accompanied with premium Virginia wines. Around two dozen wineries show off their products at the festival.
The General Admission ticket includes a tasting glass, unlimited wine and cider tastings, access to VA Oyster Pavilion, and a musical program. Visitors can also opt for the VIP tickets with VIP one-hour early admission and exclusive wine tasting in a private tent on top of the general admission access. For beer tasting, separate beer tickets need to be purchased. All those drinks can be paired with endless food options from food trucks and gourmet food vendors.
