For 11 days which are spread across three months, the richest racing season is taking place at legendary Meydan. The races are international and involve the high-profile owners, horses and jockeys. The culmination of the racing season is Dubai World Cup Carnival - Super Saturday. Arabian wealthy people are known for their passion for horses so it is one of the UAE’s biggest social events. $ 30 million worth of prizes are annually handed out to the winners on that day.
