Cognac Blues Passions is a week-long music festival taking place in July in Cognac, France. Every summer, prominent R&B artists from all over the world meet for five days and perform in a variety of beautiful venues, like the Public Garden of Cognac and on the banks of the river Charente. The stage is set in the middle of a lush green oasis, immersing visitors in soothing tunes of blues, jazz, soul, and pop music.
Lineup
The Cognac Blues Passion Festival promises an electrifying lineup featuring renowned artists from around the globe. From the soulful rhythms of Faada Freddy and Fatoumata Diawara to the rock-infused sounds of Deep Purple and Rival Sons, the festival offers a vibrant tapestry of musical experiences. Jazz enthusiasts can enjoy the smooth melodies of Caravan Palace and the dynamic performances of Chris Bergson & Ellis Hooks.
At the same time, blues fans will groove to the tunes of Cedric Burnside and Malted Milk. With exclusive appearances like Justina Lee Brown and Harlem Lake, alongside established acts such as Pretenders and Robert Jon & The Wreck, each session promises to captivate audiences with its unique blend of talent and energy.
Festival Hours
Public Garden, where the festival is held, opens for paid concerts in the evening at 6 pm.
Tickets
The prices for one-day tickets at the Cognac Blues Passion Festival range from 42€ to 72€. Children aged 12 and under can attend for 15€ per day. For those looking to experience the full spectrum of the festival, a 5-day pass is available for €195.
Parking
Festival guests can park their vehicles at the ESPACE 3000 car park without entering the city center of Cognac. Visitors can take the shuttles that leave from the car park to the festival every 15 minutes.

Held since 1994, Cognac Blues Passions is a festival with a rich history of combining top-quality music and serene natural surroundings.
