The Quad State Beer Fest is the biggest St. Patrick's Day-themed party for beer enthusiasts in Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia. Established in 2014, the Quad State festival features over 120 beers from 30 local craft breweries as well as ciders, spirits, and wines. Dozens of vendors present arts & crafts and various merchandise. About ten food trucks offer the best local tasty treats.
The Quad State Beer Fest is a one-day event that runs from 2pm to 7 pm at Washington County Agricultural Education Center in Boonsboro. Entertainment includes fun games such as keg toss, the giant Jenga, the cornhole tournament, and the wing-eating contest. Live music concert features bands like South Of Sobriety, Gaelic Mishap, The ShamRogues, Jeff Taulton, Skweez Play, The Motor Boaters, and Made in the 80s.
General admission tickets, which cost $39, include a festival's tasting glass, unlimited but responsible sampling, and one full pour. Twilight admission ticket, which is offering access from 4pm to 7 pm, is $29. VIP admission is from 1pm to 7 pm for $49.
