Event Schedule and Admission

Scheduled for March 15, 2025, the event is set to run from 2 pm to 7 pm, with different admission options available. Early entry is $49 plus fees (down from $56), regular entry is $40 plus fees (down from $47), and late entry is $31 plus fees (down from $38). All tickets include parking, a special festival tasting cup, and unlimited sampling. Non-drinker/designated driver tickets are $15 plus fees, including admission and two non-alcoholic beverages. Sales end March 15, 2025.

The Quad State Beer Fest is strictly a 21+ event, with no exceptions for minors, including infants.

Location and Accessibility

The Washington County Agricultural Education Center, located in Boonsboro, Maryland, serves as the venue for this lively celebration. Situated approximately 12 miles (19 km) from Hagerstown, the center offers ample parking and is easily accessible from major routes. While tents and large chairs are discouraged due to space limitations, the venue’s open layout provides plenty of room for attendees to enjoy the festivities.
