Welcome to the Great American Beer Festival, a three-day fair taking place in Denver, Colorado, every October. Beer fans from all over the USA gather to sample thousands of different American craft beers. There are 161 categories in which major American breweries compete for awards.

Colorado Convention Center is hosting four separate 4-hour attendee tasting sessions. Awards are given away on the last day of the festival inside Bellco Theatre. The festival was founded in 1982 by Charlie Papazian in Boulder, Colorado. Now The Great American Beer Festival has become a leading event for industry professionals in the US, which awards are among the most coveted in the brewing industry.
