Oklahoma Craft Beer Festival takes place every May in Oklahoma City. Taking place at Oklahoma State Fairgrounds, it features tastings of over 400 beers, ciders, and meads from Oklahoma breweries as well as producers from around the world. Over 84 breweries participate in the event that features two sessions: VIP and regular. Each year, the event attracts about 5,000 beer fans
The regular session features unlimited one-ounce-samples of over 300 beers, takes place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and costs $42. VIP session for $52 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. features shorter lines and unique brews like Blantons’ Noir (aged in Blanton’s Bourbon barrels), Rygerian Prince(aged in rye barrels and finished with peanut butter roasted coffee), and Johnny Ginger (pale ale with ginger).
