Rhema Christmas Lights is a great occasion to feel the true spirit of Christmas in Broken Arrow, OK, 14 miles (23 km) from Tulsa. The annual event takes place in Rhema Park next to Rhema Bible Church under the motto "Jesus is the Light of the World." Tens of thousands of twinkling bulbs light up a 110-acre (45-ha) campus on the Eve of Thanksgiving at 6 pm. The show runs through early January, daily from 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm, rain, snow, or shine, and is free of charge.

Walk through the iconic Rhema Park bridge aglow, explore Christmas tree forest reflections on the lake, and see the elaborate nativity scene, countless angels, reindeer, lollipops, and other themed decorations. The best way to behold the sparkling beauty of Rhema Lights must be by taking a carriage ride. An open-top carriage charges $10 per person and is free for kids under five. An alternative option is a private carriage with a flat rate of $50. More information is available on the event's official website, listed in the External Resources below.

Rhema Christmas Lights has been cheering up the local community since 1982. Over the years, this wonderful Christmas lights extravaganza has grown into one of Oklahoma's major holiday light displays, drawing half a million visitors from the Sooner State, as well as the neighboring states.
