Rose Apple Season in Thailand 2025
Looking nothing like an apple, the fruit smells like rose when a first bite is taken
Best time: May–June
The fruit is shaped in a bell and is only slightly sweet. Being succulent and crisp, it can be eaten after the seeds inside are removed. In Thai cuisine it is often eaten with nampla wan sauce.
