Wickenburg Oktoberfest 2024 in Arizona

Enjoy craft beers, savory German treats, and a rocking atmosphere in the historic Downtown Wickenburg

Dates: September 28, 2024

Wickenburg Oktoberfest is a fairly recent themed event—the first annual festival took place in 2021. It's planned to take place every mid-October in the historic Stone Park in Wickenburg, Maricopa County. The visitors can try beers from about 15 breweries from across Arizona, delight in traditional German delicacies, play lawn games, and rave to live music.

Entertainment

Presented by the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild, Wickenburg Oktoberfest offers a wide range of activities and plenty of beer. This year, the stage of the festival will be taken over by The Headliners, playing groovy hits well into the night. Lawn games are sure to keep entire families entertained, while representatives of local breweries will be selling their best brews, spirits, and ciders.

Tickets

General admission costs $40 and grants you entry to the venue at 4 pm and 15 tasting tickets. VIP admission costs $60 and offers early admission at 3 pm, 15 tasting tickets, exclusive parking, and a festival souvenir. Children and designated drivers are welcome. The event is also pet-friendly, as long as pet owners keep an eye on their furry friends.

Schedule & Location

The one-day fun typically runs on a Saturday between 3 pm and 7:30 pm. The festivities unfold at Stone Park, near Wickenburg Public Library. Although fairly small, the grounds are located practically in the city centre, allowing easy access to nearby restaurants and accommodation options. Wickenburg itself is situated 65 miles (105 km) northwest of the capital city of Phoenix.
