New Year's Eve is a great occasion to explore the club and restaurant scene in Dallas. There's also a spectacular firework display and entertainment in Downtown Dallas.
NYE at Reunion Tower
Nothing compares to the Reunion Tower Over the Top event, the only 360-degree fireworks spectacular, which starts one minute before midnight. You can watch the fireworks from the festive City Hall Plaza downtown or from Reunion Tower itself. The tower features two restaurants, and there is a lawn outside. Tickets are required to watch fireworks from these locations.
NYE at Sundance Square
Sundance Square in Downtown Fort Worth is the place for another large public New Year's Eve celebration in the area. The square usually hosts the countdown, live music, fireworks, food, and drinks as well as diverse entertainment. Check out Scat Jazz Lounge for some top notch Jam band live performances from 8 pm to 11 pm.
Royalty NYE
Dallas is also known for its large NYE parties. One of the largest parties to farewell the year is Royalty NYE, held at Aloft Hotel Love Field. The chic party features a premium complimentary open bar, dinner, multiple party areas, live bands, and DJ sets. You can get your tickets at $115–$5,000.
Dallas NYE Ball
Dallas NYE Ball is another highly anticipated event in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Held at South Side Ballroom, the Ball features three parties, two floors, and one great night! You can get access to all three parties with a single ticket, ranging from $50 to $85.

West End Event Center is also likely to run a NYE party, where you can expect a casino and some special entertainment from 9 pm to 2 am. Other popular locations to check our for NYE parties include Altitude restaurant on W Dallas Rooftop and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Dallas and Billy Bob's Texas country music and rodeo venue in Fort Worth.
