Tecumseh's Appleumpkin Festival is a vibrant harvest celebration, held in Downtown Tecumseh every October. The family-friendly event features midway rides, carnival games, inflatables, Bungee Jump, make-it-take-it crafts, corn box, a petting zoo, and kid's golf. Many children's activities are free. Adults can enjoy helicopter rides, monster truck rides, various competitions, and delicious food and drinks.

The Antique Street Fair and Flea Market are among the main highlights of Tecumseh's Appleumpkin Festival. There's also live music at the Appleumpkin Stage on south Evans Street as well as various performances on four stages throughout the town. Other highlights include an Antique Tractor Show and Sunday a Corvette Club Car Show on South Evans Street.

Festival attendees can also take a shuttle to Kapnick Apple Orchards to enjoy fresh apples as well as apple cider and donuts. Kapnick Orchards also offers wagon rides and over 80 craft booths. Festivities run from 9 am to 6 pm on Saturday and from 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday.
