Mass pillow fights take place in over a hundred cities across the world, and Toronto hosts one of the greatest. It takes place in Nathan Philips Square in front of city hall. The action begins at 3 p.m., and the battle continues for three hours. Only light featherless pillows are officially allowed, but there're always a couple of rule-breakers, so be careful.
The mock festival is celebrated annually on the first Saturday in April.
