Windsor Harvest Festival is one of the largest Northern Colorado summer events, which is held during the Labor Day weekend. This annual festival celebrated its 100th year in 2022. The beloved family-friendly celebration features a balloon rally, over 100 local vendors, live music, amusement rides, food & drinks, the downtown parade, and an amazing fireworks show. About 30,000 guests attend the festival every September at various locations in Windsor, such as Eastman Park, Main Park, and Boardwalk Park.

The highlights of Windsor Harvest Festival also include Cruise-In Car Show, a farmers' market, a beer garden, and, more than 30 activities across various locations in town. The famous Balloon Launch kicks off the festival on Saturday at Eastman Park. Picture the Sky Balloon Rally usually starts at about 6:30 pm, weather permitting. The rally is followed by the street party at Boardwalk Park with a live music concert.

The Labor Day morning always begins with a 9 am Parade, The lineup takes place at Walnut Street and Chimney Park Drive. The parade goes west on Walnut Street to 7th Street, then south on 7th Street to Eastman Park Drive. The festival concludes with an amazing fireworks display with stunning views over Windsor Lake.
