Established in 2000, this marathon has shortly become an elite running event. Six records were achieved at Toronto Waterfront Marathon during its history. The course is fast and not too complicated which is great for beginners. Runners call it a "flat, fast and festive" race. Start and finish in the city centre give this marathon a chance to feature some of Toronto's best views throughout the course. If you are not ready yet to run the whole course, opt for half marathon or 5k race.
