Vienna City Marathon 2025
One of the easiest and most popular marathons in Europe

There is no such thing as an easy marathon. We all know that 42.2 km is not a piece of cake. However, the Vienna City Marathon is considered to be a good race for beginners thanks to its flat and pleasant running route.
The course starts at the UNO complex, runs through Reichsbrücke, then onto the left side of the Donaukanal, passes through the famous Prater Park. Participants also run by the Vienna State Opera, Schönbrunn Palace, along the Ring Road, and then finish at the "Universitätsring" in front of Vienna Burgtheater.
The number of participants in recent years has exceeded 40,000, making it the biggest marathon in Austria.
